A Coast Guard helicopter crew rescued a 51-year-old woman from a cruise ship about 45 miles off Humboldt Bay on Thursday, July 16, after she reportedly began experiencing symptoms of a stroke, the Coast Guard Sector Humboldt Bay (CGSHB) said.
