A woman from Florida, US says she conceived a “miracle” baby after losing almost 100lbs (45kg) with Mounjaro following eight years of infertility and two pregnancy losses.

Kortney Jacobson, 41, had been told weight loss could improve her chances of carrying a pregnancy, but struggled for years before trying the medication in 2024.

She and her husband were stunned to discover she was pregnant in February 2026 and are now expecting a baby boy in October.
