On May 30, Lorna Robertson was abducted in St. Andrew. If you have any information about her whereabouts, please contact local law enforcement immediately. Even the smallest tip could make a difference.

If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, here are three things to remember:

1) Don’t Go: Do whatever it takes to avoid leaving the primary crime scene.

2) Draw Attention: The louder you are the greater the chance of bystander intervention.

3) Use Your Legs: If you end up on the ground, position your legs between you and the attacker to maximize kicking power and delay the abduction.

A little training can go a VERY long way in a worst-case scenario.

Join our free 2.5-hour Women’s Self-Defense Seminar on Sunday July 13th in Torrance, CA and at Certified Training Centers worldwide.
