Wolfestone Studio Live: Special Guest Russ8889 (London, England)
This Saturday night at 11 PM ET, Wolfestone Studio Live welcomes a very special guest: Russ8889, joining us from London, England.
For those who have followed Wolfestone Studio over the years, you already know Russ as an extraordinary musician, producer, and remix artist whose unique ability to reimagine a song has led to some of our favorite collaborations. Russ doesn’t simply remix music, he discovers possibilities hidden inside a song and transforms them into something entirely new.
Because London is five hours ahead of us, our usual live format would have required Russ to join at 4 AM his time. Rather than ask him to survive on coffee and determination alone, we recorded a special session that we’ll premiere Saturday night for everyone to enjoy together.
Throughout the show, we’ll explore Russ’s music, watch several of his music videos, share stories behind our collaborations, and take a closer look at the creative process that turns an idea into a finished production. We’ll also feature some of the Wolfestone Studio and Russ8889 collaborations.
And of course, there will be live music from Ron along the way.
