Wolfenstein 3D Sega Saturn Homebrew by VBT
This entry to the Sega Xtreme Sega Saturn 28th Anniversary homebrew competition is a port of Wolfenstein3D. It appears to include the full game alongside some expansion packs (Spear of Destiny) and a few mods. The mods include some themed ones (Xmas, Halloween, Burgers) and a couple of risqué ones, so this earns this vid an 18+ rating.
The port is good, it appears to be a direct port of the DOS version. It runs well and seems to be more or less 1 x 1 with the original version. The sound gets a bit distorted in places, but if I remember correctly, so did the DOS version.
As far as the competition goes, this definitely has the most content. This video runs a full hour and the end is just me showing all the expansions/mods. I didn't even include Spear of Destiny.
Overall, this is a good port. It runs well and is a faithful recreation of the original. If you like Wolfenstein 3D, give this a shot.
Running on real Hardware. The Game is burned to a blank disc and running on my 60Hz modded PAL Saturn using a Pseudo Saturn Cart. Output via an RGB Scart cable, line doubled in an OSSC and recorded with a USB Capture device.
