Retro‑coding madness as w1k( atariage ) brings Wolfenstein 3D to the Atari VBXE—powered by 128KB of external RAM and a whole lot of AI assistance.
This project began on 21.5.2026, built with the help of Gemini Pro, Claude Code, and Opus 4.7–4.8, and after days of tweaking, optimizing, and fighting RAM limits, the game is now fully playable
