This is a pretty rare version of Wolfenstein 3D, released in Japan by Id and Imagineer for the PC-98, a sort-of-but-not-really DOS PC. For the most part, only the menus are changed. Gameplay and the HUD are still in English.
There was an emulator bug where sampled audio would loop no matter what. I didn't know about this, so that's why I turned it off in the video.

There was a Taiwanese version of Wolfenstein released too... but good luck finding that.
