When the Eaton Fire swept through Pasadena and Altadena, Tim Norman, a Greyshirt and Vice President of People Operations for Team Rubicon, found himself in the heart of the devastation.
“It’s amazing that anything around here survived,” Tim recalls, standing near his backyard where fire burned dangerously close to his home. Reflecting on the night of the fire, he describes “the wind and the embers” that threatened to destroy everything.
As a veteran and humanitarian, Tim’s resilience drives him to take action. “That work’s gonna start now that I’m on the other side,” he says, committing to support his community alongside Team Rubicon.
