This is the 5th video in the series "Change your life in 5 fires" challenge.
Today we're celebrating the end, but also the beginning, of all the good stuff we've accomplished throughout this challenge: the walks, the exercise, the sitting, the exploring, the cold plunge, and the solo overnight- all the things that have taken us to our edge and made us STRONGER!
Please take time for yourself. It is so powerful to empty your schedule, empty your mind, and just BE STILL. It is the one thing that helps me focus the most! Your 5th challenge is just that: Find your favorite place outside, have a fire and some good food, and just take it all in. Downtime is key to recovery and progression towards your goals!
