Back at our remote property in the UP, I have a couple things to do... put a check valve on the hand pump on our new well, and get the canoe to the lake.

Sounds simple enough, but this remote lake just happens to be a mile away down a rugged trail on a very hot and humid day, with millions of mosquitoes and horse flies swarming me. OH yeah- and I'm using my homemade modified golf bag cart to transport that 80 lb. Grumman canoe. What could go wrong?
