Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.
Today is an oracle day, so I pulled "Hare" from the Liminal Spirits Oracle - which happens to be one of my favorite cards in the deck. The Hare is known to be a shapeshifter and a bit of a trickster - and reminds us to be flexible, cunning, and think ahead. Remember not to rest on your laurels or take a break when it seems like you're well-ahead of the game. (Also, I solved the song mystery, see details below!)
Follow along and adjust as needed, listening to your body's needs.
Music:
First Song: "Pythia" by Nathaniel Johnstone

Second Song: "Zaama Zaama" by Takfarinas

(solved it!)
