The 35 level quest The Creature from the Oxenfurt Forest - killing the archgriffin with lvl 21 character. The trick is to have enough chance to set him on fire with Igni. Although the game says: "He knew neither Igni nor bombs dealing fire damage would have any effect against this fire-loving creature.", actually Igni does insane amounts of damage to him.
