Stayed at Cobalt Coast Resort in West Bay, Grand Cayman. There is a pier with a ladder right outside the hotel that drops you in a beautiful coral garden with amazing clarity. Had a lot of fun snorkeling there and spotted a beautiful Greater Soapfish from the surface. Dove deeper to get closer and followed it a bit. It tried to hide once it spotted me but here was another fish already hiding there and some panic ensued. LOL.
