How do you gain wisdom?
I joke with clients that “experience is what you get when you don’t get what you want.” But experience and research have shown me that wisdom is MORE than just experience.
Wisdom requires the ability to hold two contradictory ideas together at the same time and know WHEN and HOW to use them: Strength and Vulnerability. Change and Order. Confidence and Humility. And more.
