THIS IS YOUR REMINDER TO GET OUT IN NATURE EVEN IN THE WINTER
Did you know that being in Creation naturally raises your dopamine levels?
BUT the more time that you spend looking at screens, the less your body is able to get that dopamine hit from nature.
Screen viewing is fast paced...games, movies, the endless scrolling.
Your body starts to rely on the fast pace in order to raise dopamine levels.
Nature is slow paced. After so much time on screens, we have to retrain our brains so that they can be satisfied by the slow again.
