Bestselling author Sam Blake and literary agent Simon Trewin discuss the writing process and business with bestselling and award winning authors. This week they are joined by the international bestselling author SOPHIE HANNAH to our next lunchtime session. Her books have been published in 51 countries, adapted for television, and Sophie has been entrusted by the Agatha Christie Estate to continue in Christie's footsteps, writing the Hercule Poirot series. As well as The Monogram Murders, the first Hercule Poirot novel authorized by the estate of Agatha Christie, and its sequels Closed Casket, The Mystery of Three Quarters, and The Killings at Kingfisher Hill, Sophie is also the author of a self-help book, How to Hold a Grudge, and hosts the podcast of the same name.
Sophie has developed an MA in Creative Writing for Cambridge University and runs a mentoring scheme, Dream Author, via her website.
