Wind is generally my least favourite weather when practicing woodland photography but it does present an opportunity to try something a little different. It was one of those days when the conditions weren't in my favour but I was itching to get out with my camera and enjoy the colours of autumn in a local woodland.
This video was filmed in a short period of time and was very much 'off the cuff', so I wasn't expecting it to go where it did, but emotions have been very high recently. The news of my friend sent shockwaves through the local community and it's completely changed my outlook on certain things. It felt important to briefly explain why I've been quiet and to share a simply but important messages - We need to talk! Never suffer in silence.
I'm now back on track and have been very much enjoying my photography during lockdown 2.0. I'll be back with a new video next week after having some notable success in one of my favourite local woodlands.
