Windows ThinPC has some memory disorders, so it does this!

The operating system takes up some memory, and on Windows ThinPC, it's quite big. The problem is that the OS doesn't have much memory leftover for applications; thus, it does this.

When a program wants some memory, it usually gets it, right? See, when the memory's so tight, you can't afford to allocate anymore, so you just return a NULL address instead of regular addresses. As a result, Windows gets quite wonky and doesn't work very well, it's in an unstable state.
