Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Use the SETHC.EXE exploit
Step 2: Wait till Windows is no longer allowing you to logon
Step 3: Click on YES at the message box which asks you if you want to activate Windows.
Step 4: Use SETHC.EXE and type "shutdown -s -t 5"
Step 5: Ta-da!

Another method to reproduce this leftover:
Step 1: Use SETHC.EXE on Log-On Screen
Step 2: Type "shutdown -s/-r -t 1" and then press ENTER (-s for shutdown and -r for reboot)
Step 3: Quickly click on your user account, then wait.
