Many times one might be in the middle of some work and one takes a break only to find that Windows 10 has done an automatic restart after an upgrade.

This method shows how to stop such so that as long as the user is logged on it should not restart. The user can manually restart, when they are ready, to complete the installation.

We show two methods as per the Microsoft documentation - one using Group Policy and another using editing the registry.
