I play tested this restaurant EXTENSIVELY. I will admit, it would probably function somewhat better without the bar, but I really liked how it fit in the corner. It could be easily swapped out with a booth. I was able to get this restaurant to 5 stars when I owned and ran it, even with the bar. I kept it small so it is easier to play and run.
