Willow Creek Modern Hospital | 2 Versions: With and Without Realistic Childbirth Mod | The Sims 4
Lot Details:

Lot: Hospital Lot (Get To Work)

This hospital is playable for sims in the doctor career or for pregnant sims in labor with the Get To Work Expansion pack.
To edit the lot your sim needs to be at the hospital via labor or career and enter in the cheat bb.enablefreebuild, then in build mode you can bulldoze and place this hospital. I recommend doing this at the end of your sim's work day. Also, you will need to place a computer at the front desk as I forgot it.
The lot can be easily rotated if you prefer the front where the sims spawn ( I built this with the front in the thumbnail)
I have created 2 versions, one includes items from Pandasama's realistic Childbirth mod and the other has no cc. The modded version can only be downloaded below under tray files.
I have rotated some of the chairs so sims won't sit at the computers and this is also why I didn't add TV's.
