Day 20 of our Southwest tour ends with a bang at Fat Boys Pizza & Wings in Lawton, Oklahoma! The Gut Buster Pizza Challenge features a massive 28-inch pizza weighing 11 pounds with 2 meat toppings (we chose ham and sausage). Professional competitive eater Randy Santel and I have 1 hour to finish this entire pizza and claim the $300 prize. We're chasing the restaurant record of 17 minutes! This Oklahoma pizza challenge marks my first food challenge win in the state and the perfect way to close out 20 days of eating across 7 states.
