The Metro D Line Subway Extension expands the subway from Koreatown to Westwood, connecting Downtown Los Angeles to the Westside.

Metro Art–commissioned artist Mark Dean Veca’s 'Miracle of La Brea' is a hand-drawn illustration that echoes the Art Deco elegance of the nearby Wilshire Tower and traces the layered history of Miracle Mile from 19th century barley fields to present day bubbling tar.
