This VHS contains footage of a joint meeting of the Housing and Licenses & Inspections Committees of the Wilmington City Council. This meeting included a public hearing. The Committee addressed the following items:

- Ordinance 05-077, an ordinance to amend Chapter 4 of the City Code regarding the placement of self-closing devices on the outside doors of multi-family dwelling units.

- Ordinance 05-090, an ordinance to amend Chapter 45 of the City Code regarding the placement and maintenance of dumpster-type containers.
