Produced by André de la Varre, These States was a travelogue of Revolutionary War sites. This part of the film focuses on the South, and the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. It provides information on the people and events that took place there which were important to the American Revolution. It shows historical buildings and sites, people in period costume, reenactments, and historic documents and artifacts. It also shows the houses of prominent people and talks about their activities. The first and second parts of the film, focusing on New England and the Mid-Atlantic states, are here on the channel.
