Our Lead Pastor, Whit George, continues week four of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham.
Waiting on God can feel frustrating, confusing, and even silent, but often that’s where He does His deepest work in us. In Genesis 16, Abram and Sarai wrestle with the tension between trusting God’s promise and trying to force the outcome themselves, reminding us how easy it is to take control when God’s timing doesn’t match our own.
In this message, Pastor Whit explores the following Scriptures:
Genesis 16:1-15 ESV
James 1:13 ESV
Matthew 4:1 ESV
Genesis 50:20 ESV
Genesis 3:6 ESV
Revelation 22:8-9 ESV
1 John 1:1-2 ESV
John 8:13-14 ESV

About Church on the Move:
We are a family of churches in northeast Oklahoma. Our mission is to introduce people to the real Jesus. A lot of people know about Jesus but have yet to experience the life-changing power of His grace and truth. Knowing Jesus has transformed our lives, so our goal for each of our worship services, from our kids’ environments on up, is to help people know that same love.
We actively pursue Jesus in everything we do and we believe He’s given us a vision for a church that is deeply centered on Him and His word.
