Hope you're having the best time during holidays, Celine (@EnchantedxPassion )! Here it finally is! Very delayed edit that you bid for #ViddersUnited And damn, I wish you knew how hard it was to edit Wessa after all these years and have only around 2 minutes to fill! I'd need 10min to fill with all my ideas hahah So forgive me if it is a bit chaotic or packed but there was a lot I wanted to show and I am still not used to shorter format (maybe I should be considering my lack of time and pace of editing hahah). Anyway! I hope you will enjoy this little mess I created.
Will and Tessa are tricky to vid because I personaly think that there is no Wessa without a bit of Jem. They all complemented each other and shared such a beautiful love! But I really struggle with finding Jem's fancast, his looks were very specific. Silver hair and eyes in period drama is kinda rare haha. So until I find perfect Jem to use, I will never be satisfied with editing these two bc there always will be something lacking. And oh, boy. I really miss all of them. I reread some parts of the books looking for quotes and moments to add to this vid and felt all this love that I felt years ago when I read this book. Literally the only 'love triangle' done right. And you know, I'm not sure if I'd want an adaptation (but I think one is going on? Created by BBC?) but maybe I will be surprised if it happens.
Anyway, I tried to put some book moments here like the moment when Tessa thinks it is a dream and she hugs Will but gets scared she hurt him and he just says "I don't care"; or their love of books and bickering; or how Tessa watched Will go down all the wrong paths bc he thought he doesn't deserve love. I hope it is visible in this edit and yall will enjoy :)
