Yaaay! I finished it in two days. I am amazed. Of course also very mad at myself because I have so many projects I NEED to finish that are just laying there barely started... meh
But I'm not gonna bore you about my lack of inspiration or laptop issues, bc I managed to make it with only few little problems. Shook.
STORY:
Let's say it she is Elena and he is Charlie.
They knew each other forever, best friends since childhood. They shared love for music, simple but meaningful moments and big dreams to become writers one day.
Charlie was always quiet and couldn't easly get along with people so high school have been an uncomfortable expirience for him. On the other hand, Elena discovered boys are very interested in her and she had just... gone with that flow. She never realised that Charlie have seen her as the closest person to him... Much closer than a friend. He loved her for years and now in high school, he just stand there watching her going down in the spiral of bad relationships. He discovered she has let men abuse her, not realising it's wrong, thinking she deserved all that and she can handle that on her one. One night it gets really nasty at friend's home, Charlie sees it and wants to help Elena, but she throws him out. He is worried so next day he confronts her at school. She admits she ended that relationship and doesn't want to talk about that but she is moved seeing how scared he is for her. They spend some time together and Charlie is really sweet towards Elena. Eventually they sleep with each other.
And than everything gets complicated. Elena is scared of all those feelings, not used to sweetnes from man. She tells Charlie they can't be together. He is angry, tells her what he thinks of her choices in men. --Than in storyline there is the scene from the beginning of the vid, with a phonecall. Charlie has a little break down, but eventually he gets better. He sadly watches Elena going out with one of her abusive assholes again.
But when she ends up in a bedroom with that guy, she realised it is not right. That she doesn't want that anymore. She leaves and goes to Charlie, to tell them that now she sees there is something between them.
And after that there is a way of them discovering their feelings and getting their own happy ending.
(The writing machine scene is about their dreams of being writers. Charlie gave it to Elena as a present so she could write about their messed up story one day)
