There was supposed to be one more stock; I got it completely TASed, then realized it wasnt recording my inputs... Ive had a long week, so I apologize for not completely finishing this one, but Im still happy with how it turned out! Turbo mod is fun :)

This mod allows you to cancel almost any action state by inputting a light L/R press, essentially giving you a Turbo Mode in Melee.
