It’s impossible to talk about this durability test without giving away any spoilers. Basically, we took a mint, packaged QuickJack that was just about ready for assignment to a home delivery and decided to destroy it instead. Or at least attempt to destroy it. Turns out breaking our car lift is harder than we thought.

At first, we figured we’d give it a good beat down and that would be enough. We dropped two freshly packaged QuickJack frames off of a forklift (under close supervision from our safety coordinator), and then ran over them with a truck. That wasn’t as impressive in practice as we thought, so we thought up another, more badass proposal. Why not throw QuickJack off a roof and see if we can’t lift a car with those same frames?

So, we took the QuickJack frames that we’d just dropped off a forklift and ran over with a pick-up, and we did the unthinkable.
