Today I am hitting the river with the new BLU3 Nemo tankless dive system to catch some freshwater lobsters, AKA crayfish, crawdads, pincher-fish, skinny-crabs, red-heads, bleeders, bugz, under-water-thunder-lizards.
Anyway, I decided to test out the Nemo dive system to see how many crawdads I could catch for dinner. My wife makes a killer white bean chicken chili, I decided it would be fun to find a new substitute for the chicken. - Crawdad White Bean Chili
