I replaced the motor gears but the head motor gets constant power for some reason. Also, the fish doesn't work at all on an adapter. Another interesting thing is that it has 3 switch positions, but only one seems to actually make it work, with both the button and sensor. The middle position is off and the third position seems like it should be for the button only but it has no wires going to it and does nothing.
