Once he starts moving his right hand (left in our perspective) to the pillar, stop shooting and hold a charge shot, then when he leans upwards release and spam some more shots, this is the only way I've managed to get this somewhat semi-consistently, but it sometimes doesn't work due to unknown reasons....
