Trying to find “the one” or create the relationship you want while still being unhealed, wounded, insecure, or angry is not going to work. The same goes for the people you meet. Most are where you live, maybe they aren’t codependent, but they are takers. They don’t want meaningful relationships; they’re just looking to get what they want from the relationship. They have no interest in connection or in the deep love you crave.

So today, we’re going to have the lesson Mom and Dad should have taught you about what a healthy relationship is supposed to look and feel like.

We’re also going to start learning how YOU can show up better in your relationships—because you can’t control anyone else; you can only control yourself.
