It's no secret you're tired. You're burnt out. You don't feel like yourself. After 40, we start realizing that we need to pull back on what deserves our time and what doesn't. We start wanting more time to ourselves to take care of ourselves. Even if we're still in the thick of it, we can at least start carving out some time for ourselves to feel good again.
I want to show you what I do most mornings to put myself together and ease into my day. Not every day looks like this, but this is what I shoot for... a little me time as I get ready, where I take my time and feed my mind.
