I left Edinburgh city in search for the coast and ended up parked under one of Scotland’s most iconic bridges, The Forth Bridge!

I fancied getting back on the road so I left the city behind and headed for the coastline. Cold as anything, but worth it. I ended up walking out to the water, chatting to fishermen, and finding what looked like an absolute corker of a park up near the Forth Bridge.
Food was a big win. I stopped at The Fish Market and had some proper fish and chips. Fresh as it gets, homemade tartar sauce, none of that sachet nonsense. Then it was off to find a spot for the night with the bridge lit up behind the motorhome… unreal views, but the night didn’t quite go how I expected!
Next morning I was back in the pub for breakfast with eggs benedict and haggis, had a proper wander around, met some brilliant locals, and ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting. One of those days that reminds you why travelling like this is so good.
