This is a response to fakesagan's video "Re: Burn the Bible Challenge-By Brett Keane"

I disagree with fakesagan about Brett Keane's legacy. I explain why most of his fellow atheists aren't giving him his props, despite the many videos he made supporting atheism and tearing apart the Bible.
I allude to a video that Nick Gisburne made in which he chastised Christians for only wanting to talk about the good points about God without mentioning that He is a murdering thug. He used Gary Glitter as an example to make this point.

Gary Glitter was a well loved and well respected rock star who turned out hit after hit. He was one of England's most popular stars until he was exposed as a pedophile. People now think he is a worthless piece of shit, and no matter how much wonderful music he has produced, he will never be seen in the same light as before.
I don't mean to imply that Brett's behavior was anywhere near as bad as Gary Glitter's. It isn't. But the same principle applies. Despite his impressive body of work, people are going to remember Brett for his lies and deceit..
