Whether it’s the tactile hands-on feel of a real tape echo, the ability to physically manipulate the sound or the little anomalies you get from an old/unserviced machine we love it all

To be absolutely clear and repeat once again, there is nothing wrong with using plug in versions of these machines or any other for that fact and many of us here at Soundgas have used emulations extensively ourselves; but once you hear, see and feel the real thing I’m afraid there’s no turning back.
