Sirjana is 15 and was co-captain of the She's the First 5K Race for Equality in Surkhet, Nepal, where she attends the Kopila Valley School. She finds the inequality girls face to be unfair and believes women need to support each other better in order to rise above it. Sirjana is a natural leader, not only in school but also on the field. In her spare time, she plays on the district soccer team. She'll be the first woman in her family to graduate from high school.
