Why to-do lists are terrible for productivity.

They trick you into feeling busy while your business goes nowhere.

Most founders write down 20 tasks with no hierarchy. No time boundaries. No energy management.

So you spend your morning knocking out emails and admin work.

By lunch, you've checked off seven things and feel productive.

But none of them moved revenue. None built your business.

You optimized for completion, not impact.

The system I teach clients answers three questions before anything touches the calendar:

1. Does this generate revenue or save significant time?
2. Am I the only one who can do this?
3. What am I saying no to if I choose to do this?

That last one changes everything.

Because when you say yes to another meeting, you're saying no to your workout.

When you say yes to inbox zero, you're saying no to strategic work.

When you say yes to everything, you're saying no to the things that actually matter.

Your business needs you sharp.
Your family needs you present.
Your health needs protection.

Build your schedule around impact, not busyness.

This system takes 90 minutes to learn and saves you 10+ hours every week.

I'm teaching it live in my next workshop.

Comment LUNCH for details.
