Why the prosecution has yet to call Lachica as its witness @Rappler

Constitutional lawyer and professor John Molo tells Rappler the prosecution may have its reasons why it has yet to call Colonel Raymund Lachica as its witness on the misuse of confidential funds charge.

He explains that prosecutors may be working on a scenario where it would be unavoidable for the defense team to call Lachica to the witness stand.

The Senate impeachment court itself may also summon Lachica if necessary, he adds.
