Lead defense lawyer Sheila Sison says they will "never stipulate" that there was no confidential information or intelligence information shared by the Department of Education under Vice President Sara Duterte to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, during the 20th day of Duterte's trial on Tuesday, September 1.
