The A7RVI has too slow a sensor readout speed to be used for sports photography in most situations, but the new grip and battery are exciting for those of us waiting for the A1II replacement. It shows us the immediate future of where Sony will take us next. For now though, the A1II reigns comfortably at the top of the food chain for sports shooters and those wanting to do the best possible bird in flight work.
