Lily Liu explains why Solana focuses on positive-sum culture:
"Another thing that we try to be good at, and we really try to be good at this at the foundation, is to always look for positive-sum games. Because it's easy to find the zero-sum games. Those are the ones that are standing front and center.
But there's almost always these positive-sum games that can exist. And to me, one of the fun things that we get to do is we get to constantly search for those and be able to invest resources in them and try to make this happen."
