The new tier shifts for Gen 9 competitive singles are out and there are some very big drops from the OU tier to the UU tier, one of these being Roaring Moon, which has been an incredible Pokémon in the tier and was even voted on for a potential quickban at the start of the generation. Roaring Moon barely survived the last tier shift, being at the bottom of usage, but this time it was not so fortunate. But why exactly did Roaring Moon fall off in Gen 9 competitive singles??
