Some of them in Russia are unjustly imprisoned in horrific conditions and subjected to torture and inhumane treatment.
Not for committing crimes. Not for causing harm to anyone. But for remaining faithful to honesty and moral duty in a time of indifference, cynicism, and looming global danger—for doing everything in their power to resolve the monstrous geodynamic crisis now threatening the future of all humanity, and for striving to identify and implement the solution essential to the survival of our civilization and our planet.

The representatives of ALLATRA have, over many years of dedicated work, made immeasurable contributions to humanity. Among their achievements is the development of experimental equipment that helped mitigate climate conditions across Eurasia and around the globe for more than a decade.
They are also prepared to offer even more—solutions in the fields of climate science, geodynamics, and new physics. Yet it is precisely these competent and critically important efforts that are now being targeted for destruction by Dvorkin’s totalitarian network—a network that, throughout its existence, has brought about countless deaths.
