This morning’s Unraveled livestream was a mix of fabric, reflection, and one of those conversations that only happens when we slow down and tell the truth.
We talked about finishing a quilt and why quilting feels like painting to me, working with blenders instead of main prints, and how that shift is changing how I think about quilt kits. I shared new Grunge colors, talked through why I’m building out my blender wall with Grunge, Glaze, Speckled, Chalk and Charcoal, and Palette, and showed several new arrivals and preorders, including Alice in Glass pieces, a brand new low volume bundle, and the full 18-color Textures lineup by Sue Penn.
We also spent time on the why. Why I need to understand the reason behind rules. Why I explain things the way I do. And why inclusion, vulnerability, and community are non-negotiable for me, especially during heavy seasons.
