This week’s video dives into a topic that always kicks up some dust: the reactions I get when I even suggest that a historical figure might’ve been "Black".
You’ve probably seen the phrase “We wuz kangz” tossed around online—it’s meant to mock people, often Black people, who explore the idea that some ancient or historical figures may have been of African descent. It’s sarcastic and it shows up fast whenever someone brings race into historical conversations.
So... why does it hit such a nerve?
