On the ground, property sales are slowing down quite significantly. Feb 2023 is an exception because literally half of Singapore is closed for CNY for 2-3 weekends. Sellers and buyers aren’t as available. Properties were still moving fast! But this time around, I’m noticing a significantly slowdown on the ground.
And I have other data points that signals that property markets are slowing.
